I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years, handling both inbound and outbound calls. I also have experience in chat and email support and in customer service.

In sales, I am handling both inbound and outbound calls. My responsibility is to call all potential leads and turn them into clients or sales leads. Aside from doing outbound calling, I am also sending promotional emails to the clients to catch their attention and so I can set an appointment with them. Another responsibility as a sales associate is to make sure that the client I am dealing with understands the process and the benefits of the service, package, or product I am presenting.
