Jane Emely Villena

Hi, I'm Jane Emely Villena, 28 years of age.

At my last job, I had the responsibility for blotting the daily time record of our project personnel. I am responsible for handling 45 projects that consist of almost 500 personnel. I also was responsible for responding to customer queries regarding their salary. I always treated every customer with urgency, good communication skills, and a pleasant and helpful tone. I am very hard-working and detail-oriented. I can say I am a good team player because our payroll team consists of four people from my previous job. Moreover, I enjoy working as part of a team where I will be pushed and challenged daily. Finally, I have experience in problem-solving. In my seven years of being a payroll clerk. I've encountered several for example when there is a lack in their salaries that I or my team accidentally overlooked, I call the concerned personnel and then come to settle that it will be adjusted to his/her next payroll.
