Over a decade ago, I began my career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at a startup BPO in the Philippines. Back then, the company had fewer than 10 leaders and 20 staff. Today, it has grown to nearly 1,000 team members—and I’m proud to have grown alongside it.
I started by supporting internal communications and administrative tasks, then moved into project management, and now serve as Marketing Manager. In this role, I lead a global team of 11, driving lead generation, content development, paid media, and SEO strategies that have significantly expanded our client base in the UK and US.
