I'm interested in the Customer Support position you recently posted. I was in the customer service field thru the BPO industry since 2007, started freelancing last year and is very much familiar with proper call handling, back office, and email support.
Being in customer support is not an easy job but it is very rewarding. There is so much to enjoy about working as a customer support, but what I love the most is that I am given the chance to help my customers. This gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I was able to provide the customers with the necessary support that they need. Being in customer support allows me to also gain several skills and knowledge that I'll be able to use in subsequent roles.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this customer service position and my qualifications with you
Thank you for your consideration.
