I have a total of 13 years experience in the BPO, wherein I spent 12 years as part of the Training Department, including the last 5 as a Senior Associate Manager overseeing an average of 15 training professionals worldwide.

My last role was with Sutherland Global Services and was focused on enhancing customer service experience as well as improving sales operations across several global locations.

I am well known with my collaborative workstyle, which helped me exceed expectations set by our clients. I can easily adapt with any work environment as I have spent years working globally.

I have sufficient background with project management, Training Needs Analysis, Training and Development, process documentation and User Acceptance Testing.
