Hello,

I'm Global Service Desk IT Specialist currently looking for a part-time or hourly paid job to fill my time gaps or free time at my current full-time job with vision of freelancing in the future.

I currently work full-time for a Scandinavian enterprise company as a Global Service Desk IT Specialist and our team delivers the remote technical/customer support Tier 1 and partly Tier 2 to all our employees globally at all sites around the world. Previously, I had an experience to work for a local Internet Service Provider as a Technical Support Tier 1.

My schedule is currently planned a one month ahead and every week is little bit different (usually there is one night shift 08pm-08am CET, afternoon shift 1pm-9pm CET, day shifts 07am-3pm CET, some workdays or weekend off, once or twice in month I work weekends on day/night 12h shift).
