Jan Aissel Belir Abalos

Currently I am a team manager in a BPO company. Handling a team of 10-15 people I learned how to be versatile in dealing with different people. As a coach, I have to make sure that all of the agents are on the same pace of understanding and continuously learning while making sure that we are keeping the goal that the management have set for us. I am also trained to read and analyze data to explain the current status of the team and to use the previous and current data to create a future goal.

Interests

As a person I am really interested in tasks that includes analyzing and problem solving. I can work efficiently alone, or in a team.
