Manager Accounts and Project Manager of ERP Implementation at
Axiomconsultants (Pvt.) Ltd.:
Axiom Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. is an emerging Consultancy and IT company which has been busy
in providing a complete spectrum of ERP, Accounting and IT solutions to different enterprises,
multinational companies and foreign based clients.
I started my career at Axiom as Manager Accounts and am responsible for managing &
supervising accounting services to client situated outside homeland. My duties include, but are
not limited to, Financial Analysis, Budgeting & forecasting, Reporting, Projections, Cost Analysis,
Cash Flow Management & Analysis, and Bookkeeping etc.
My responsibilities also include supervising ERP support and implementation teams, including
Axiom ERP implementation, Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence Applications Implementation,
etc.
November 2011 to March 2016:

Hassan Naeem Associates is a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing
practice established to provide a platform for development of an institution to nurture the talent
and create a quality hub to cater for ever increasing demands of the business community.
My responsibilities included:
1. Preparation of monthly accounts for the company and their month wise and year to date
variance analysis and the same being presented to the management of the company.
2. Successfully managed payroll modules of following clients:
a) Foodconsults (Pvt.) Ltd.
b) House Building Finance Company Limited
c) Lahore Medical Complex
3. Preparation of payroll accounts, management of monthly disbursement of multi-state
payroll, determination of payroll liabilities and Compliance with federal and local legal
requirements.
4. Preparation of month wise detailed variance analysis for the clients from whom revenue
received was less than initial expectation developed at the time of signups. The analysis
helped to identify the reasons for high negative variances hampering the overall revenue
of the company and further to take corrective actions in this regard.
5. Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local and foreign laws that is relevant to the
company’s operations.
6. Review and supervision of day to day accounting activities including overview of
payables, receivables, vouchers, Bank Balances, Loans, taxes etc.
7. Performed detailed testing, analytics, confirmations, and financial reporting for various
accounts and transactions.

Accountants (a member firm of Urbach Hacker and Young, UHY). Clients include Private, Public
and Non profit organizations.

Preliminary planning of audit assignments
Including selection and deployment of human resources, gathering preliminary information of
client’s industry, making preliminary risk assessments and development of initial audit plan.
Advanced risk assessment process and development of detailed audit plan.
Deciding about audit approach, development of detailed audit programs, allocation of resources
according to the competence and experience of the members and risk involved in the
components of financial statements.
Management, Supervision and coordination of audit work being performed.
It includes close monitoring of work being performed by audit team, altering the planned
