I’ve been working Remotely as Appointment setter for over 2 years now, handling medical campaign, do lead digging, prospecting and turning HOT leads into a Solid appointment or transfer live prospect to our Sales Advisor.

I was a Travel agent prior to working remotely.

Interacting and communicating well with people from different places, either by phone, email or chat, or in-person has always been my passion and which I also consider as my strength. 

Having assisted US, and Australian customers, building an emotional and professional connection with them is easy for me. My desire to keep learning has always been my key to succeed. I believe that with proper orientation regarding the specifics of work, it is not impossible to learn and perform well at the same time as long as you put your heart and dedication into what you are doing.
