I worked in the BPO industry for at least 7 years and a year as an ESL(English as Second Language) Teacher. I have been assigned to different accounts where I had a chance to answer billing inquiries, technical issues and do sales over the phone. I had the chance to work with a US-based company such as Boost Mobile, AT&T and Bank of America.
Currently, I'm a multi-trained staff in one of the biggest child care provider in Australia, I'm am working in Camp Australia's extension office here in the Philippines. I am trained as a customer care representative who helps parents with booking, billing, payments and their government entitlements. I am also trained as a recruitment staff who does applicant interviews and background checks, trained as a team support representative who assists our educators and other staff regarding their schedules or roster. I was recently trained to help our marketing team in formatting documents, managing excel spreadsheets and image sourcing.
I can work with minimal up to no supervision. I possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and superb flexibility at work. I am continuously acquiring new learning and improving the skills that I already have in order to accomplish the task with the client's satisfaction.
