Shanghai Media Group,
As a news editor, I take Chinese stories which have been translated into English
and rewrite them from scratch, fact-checking the content, restructuring it for
an overseas audience and adding in critical background information to
help readers better understand how the latest events fit into a global context.
I follow strict style guidelines based on those used by Bloomberg and use these
to make stories easily digestible for our readers, which access our stories online
from computers and mobiles.

Linked Media is LinkedIn's only strategic advertising partner on the Chinese
mainland.
While working here I specialized in planning and implementing digital PPC
campaigns for Chinese companies looking to enhance their global presence.
My primary account, the Guangdong province tourism board, won the LinkedIn
China Creativity Award in 2016 and more than tripled the platform's CTR
benchmarks. I managed budgets of up to USD80,000 (CNY530,000) and
delivered product training for some of LinkedIn's features.
I also created, proofread and edited social media marketing copy for some of
China's most recognisable brands, including Tsingtao Brewery, and managed
their online communities on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.
Main account won LinkedIn China 'Creativity Award' in Nov. 2016.

Working for a multinational advertising agency, I wrote SEO copy for SMEs
across a broad range of industries. I regularly exceeded productivity target
while working to strict quality guidelines and won awards for my work. I used
