James Richard De Castro

I graduated in college the year 2010 in the course of Bachelor in Science and Information Technology. After I graduated I worked in a contractual employment in De La Salle University Manila as an IT specialist. After my contact, I applied in the call center or BPO. This industry gave me the knowledge and skills about the travel account. Therefore, I did not pursue being an IT Specialist because I learned to love being in a travel account, I worked in an International Travel Account. I book and modify flight, hotel, and car reservations using Global Distributor System (GDS). I have been working in this industry since 2014. I help customers over the phone, chat or email for their bookings.
