I am an operations and growth leader with a track record of building structure, efficiency, and scale across fast-moving organizations in Web3, gaming, and venture. My career has been defined by stepping into ambiguity, designing systems from the ground up, and driving measurable outcomes that accelerate both internal execution and external growth.

At Helika, a leading Web3 game analytics company, I led client success and business operations with major studios and blockchain partners such as Ubisoft, Nexon, and Proof of Play. I managed onboarding pipelines, built detailed product documentation, and coordinated cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and sales to ensure smooth integration of SDKs, APIs, and analytics dashboards. I also spearheaded new initiatives including Helika’s Content Creation AI Agent, Publishing, and Accelerate programs, helping to diversify the product suite and expand revenue opportunities. A key part of my role was managing high-stakes migrations, such as transitioning data pipelines, where I developed communication strategies and contingency plans to minimize service disruptions.

Previously, I co-founded Revolve Games, where I was responsible for operations, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. From raising capital to launching our flagship card game, I gained first-hand experience in building a Web3 product from scratch, managing remote teams, and navigating the challenges of scaling a blockchain-based consumer application. Prior to that, at Access Alts Asia, I worked on investment operations and due diligence, building playbooks for analyzing venture deals across technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors, while also introducing crypto exposure into the family office portfolio.
