I am a Sales and Customer Service Professional with 10 years experience helping businesses across the world sell products, expand their markets, and build and maintain healthy business relationships. Below is a summary of my experiences:
- I made at least 100 daily outbound calls to prospective customers at 5 Star Auto Plaza, to educate them on making the right decision regarding getting a newer vehicle, considering their budget constraints, leveraging the company's ability to help customers who have bad or no credit get vehicles where they may not have stood a chance. I was usually able to set a minimum of 2 appointments per day with at least 1 show at the dealership.
- At Jamie's Consulting, I work as the Head of Sales, conducting market research aimed at expanding existing markets and the discovery of potential markets, in addition to building and maintaining relationships with existing clients for a high level of customer satisfaction.
- At Lumin, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and provided world-class service to a vast customer base by acting promptly to respond to complaints, offering incentives, tracking orders, offering replacements and/or refunds for lost packages, and escalating issues to the engineering department promptly. I was very successful at Lumin as a Customer Representative, retaining a minimum of 10 customers per week against the set target of between 10 to 12 per week as a result of my good customer service skills. Here, I developed relevant skills such as empathy, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills.
- At Remote Reps, I was a Sales Representative and spent my work days typically on the phone, making outbound cold calls to between 150 to 200 contacts to schedule appointments for Account Managers. I usually was able to set at least 3 appointments per day and often exceeded them. I perfected the skill of verbal communication at this job, as I was mostly on the phone and learned how to beat gatekeepers and convince decision-makers.
- As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Silent Partner Software, my task was to prospect, and manage different accounts of businesses within the US and Canada who indicated an interest on the company's software, and schedule discovery calls with the decision-makers and present a live demo of the software. Thereafter, I conducted follow-up calls to close the deal and assist the internal team with data migration. I mastered good interpersonal skills at this company, in addition to skills in the use of a wide range of CRM.
My greatest strength is my ability to solve challenging business problems and I have a talent for a strong attention to detail. My motivation is making a difference in my roles and I value responsibility and efficiency.
I work very well with various CRM software and I am familiar with Zoho, Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, and Shopify.
