Such as what kind of person you need for this job, so that you know the kind of experience level you are hiring. The person must have a background of strong references, a friend or coworker who can ascertain that this person is the number one people to go to if you need a property manager. Before you hire, you must first interview, to be sure of who you are hiring. How many years have you been doing this job? Have any of your clients given a compliant about you? Give me problems you have met doing job. Will this job be a difficult task for you? Can you effectively manage my property for me? Do you have a system for checking your tenant’s rental history and credit worthiness? How many rental properties do you own personally? What types of properties do you manage? How well do you collect rent? Can you trusted when given a property to handle? After, you are done with the interview questions. And you think the person is a right fit for the job. Make sure the license is still valid under the housing agency. Is very important to do that.
