James Kelly

I'm an American software developer living in Germany, working on web projects for clients in the United States and Europe. My experience has been with helping organizations through the complete project lifecycle, from planning, through development, and into production. A big focus for me is processes - ensuring quality, stability, and speed of development by implementing processes that help drive these goals. Agile methodologies, testing, collecting and using metrics to drive decision-making are all important to me.
