I also worked as a Financial Customer Service Representative, catering to different clients - from big online merchants, online sellers and buyers. I supported via email and inbound calls, making sure that the service I give is exceptional. Because of this display of exceptional customer service skill, I was promoted to a level 2 Customer Experience Manager where I handle escalations and supervisory emails and calls from clients.
