I was an expert customer service associate and a senior representative for both non voice and voice accounts/programs and was at cream of the crop for more than 4 years. I also worked at home as a Marketing Administrator for a California-based Company.
I worked as an email support associate and an escalation agent for a BPO company wherein I answer both email and voice contacts and I also take escalated inquiries and perform my tasks with an extra mile or effort.
I took orders from customers via inbound calls and offered more items, discounts and promotions. I also worked as a Financial Customer Service Representative, catering to different clients - from big online merchants, online sellers and buyers. I supported via email and inbound calls, making sure that the service I give is exceptional.
