As a Contract Specialist at Cellular Technology Limited, I leverage my expertise in contract administration and negotiation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. I have over three years of experience in preparing, revising, executing, and administering various types of contracts, including master service agreements, consulting agreements, and supplier/distributor agreements. I also coordinate and maintain all CRO Laboratory contractual documents, including their associated electronic databases, and monitor schedules to ensure adherence to our contractual obligations.

In addition to my role at CTL, I have a strong background in lease negotiation, having worked as a Lease Negotiator at Signet Jewelers Limited for over two years. I prepared lease documentation, conducted lease negotiations, and prepared related documentation for transactions with local, regional, and national property owners. I have a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Cleveland State University, an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental Health and Safety from Cuyahoga County Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Langston University. I am also certified in HAZWOPER 40 Hour, OSHA 30 Hour General Industry, and CFATS Authorized User by the US Department of Homeland Security.
