I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Accounting. I have worked in different industries such as fast food, BPO or Call Center and the recent one is in retail. Where I worked as operations supervisor. I was mainly responsible for over-seeing the day-to-day activities of the department including management of employees, departmental budget, fixed assets and supplies. As well as ensuring the completeness of sales documents and cash accountability turned over by each counter personnel at the end of the day. I also handled customer concerns coming through email, phone call or personal, regarding discrepancies on their purchased items. Sometimes, I also act as a trainer in conducting orientation to newly-hired employees.
When I worked in a call center, I started as an associate where I handled inbound sales for an internet service provider. There were also few times where we needed to do outbound calls to cover up shortages in sales. Then after a year from carrying an associate role, I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where I was responsible for auditing, analyzing call recording and providing feedback of to the team. After a few months, I became a Senior Specialist for Quality. I handled the preparation of weekly and monthly, quality and customer satisfaction reports as well as communicating findings to the members of operations and clients for improvements.
Having this experiences, I have gained knowledge in doing many administrative tasks including email correspondence, phone communication, and reports generation. I have become proficient in using computer software and programs. Furthermore, I have learned how to effectively handles different types of employees.
