As a Customer Service Representative for 6 months, I honed my skills in effective communication and problem-solving, assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. I became adept at handling a high volume of customer interactions, utilizing active listening and patience to address issues promptly. Proficient in email handling and management, I ensured timely and accurate responses to customer queries, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Additionally, my role required mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, where I excelled in data entry and organization. Through this experience, I developed a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to managing information. This laid the foundation for my data-related skills, including listing, data mining, and basic data science principles.

Transitioning to a Biology Teacher for 3 years, I cultivated strong teaching abilities, breaking down complex biological concepts into easily understandable lessons. I engaged students through interactive teaching methods, fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment. Furthermore, my commitment to online research enriched my lessons with up-to-date and relevant content, showcasing my proficiency in utilizing digital resources.

In both roles, I demonstrated adaptability and efficiency in using Microsoft Office applications to streamline tasks and enhance productivity. This included creating comprehensive lesson plans as a teacher and maintaining meticulous records as a Customer Service Representative.
