I am a highly driven student currently completing my B.S. in Information Technology. I am looking for a challenging remote role where I can use my practical skills in customer service and basic technical support.

I have experience in sales and promotions from my time as a Promodiser and running a Buy and Sell business, which taught me negotiation and market research. This background proves I am adaptable and excellent at communication.

I am proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and possess basic computer literacy. My IT studies are reinforced by specialized training, including certifications Introduction to Cybersecurity and ongoing study as an Ethical Hacker from Cisco Networking Academy.

I am a fast learner and very willing to be trained. I am prepared to deliver quality work and support team goals in a service-oriented remote environment.
