I was a Virtual Assistant who manages the CRM of my client wherein I do database management, Lead Follow ups, and Lead Generation. I also do Skiptracing, Tracking, and Social Media Management. In Social Media Management, I take care of my client's social media website and enhance them so that they'll boost and invite audiences that is suitable for the kind of people that we're looking for. I also edit templates for social media posting and manage a weekly calendar in order to maintain their platforms. I also work on ADS and video editing for my client's sites. I also do appointment setting wherein I do outbound cold calling to look for possible sellers of their property and see if their property qualifies to be bought. I also had experience with skip tracing and other things that concerns helping my client.
