I am a dreamer and goal-oriented person. I made my dreams came true by working on it.

I believed that every type of skill can be learned if only you are interested to learn.

My first job was a customer sales support in a supermarket, my task was to assist customers and to make sure that my products are well organized on its shelves. The salary was low I am unable to send myself to school, that moment I was thinking I can do more than that and have a much better carrier in a call center company.

I applied in IBEX Global and become a tech support agent and later was re-profiled as billing support because they found out that I am good at providing detailed information. The salary was great I was able to send myself to college and earn a bachelor's degree not just that I was also able to buy a motorbike.

A year after a friend of mine asked me to build a team with 15 folks to help us out starting a company to take order taking calls for food supplements products. It only lasted for a year.

All of my experience was purely customer service. Together with my college diploma I also earn an NC2 certificate for F&B that is for hotel reservations and night audit.
