Developed preliminary designs for commercial and industrial spaces. Prepared working set drawing,
specifications, and construction documents. Applied technical skills to create architectural
presentations, renderings and site plans. Budgeted interior finishing to get better prices. Given the
square footage of materials to be used.
Organized work effectively taking care of the size about 456,010 ft²and duration 3 years
of distribution center impacted reducing execution time of each building besides ensured the
accuracy to deploy each building. Not committed any errors in translations and adaptation
of technical specification from vp building.

authorization in front of authority to build. Skilled in the use of formwork for the building design.
