I have been working for the BPO industry for more than 2 years now. The first company that I worked, assisted KOHL´S customer service campaign as well AT&T´s sales campaign. For both of them I became Supervisor. Then due to my performance I was contacted and contracted by another company that did the administrative assistance for the navigation Medical Center in Houston Texas. As I´m confident of my skills I´ve decided that I can offer more and work directly with clients, offering the best quality service with high levels of productivity. I´m open to feedback in order to improve my areas of opportunity, because I believe I can always do a better job an offer the performance expected by clients.
