ACENTERING HR: Business Partner (Feb 2012 – Till date)
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Spearheaded company’s talent acquisition and recruitment process, collaborating with clients from diverse domains including IT/ITES, software,
pharma, engineering, manufacturing, chemical, etc. Managed recruitment activities across various stages to ensure timely and effective service
delivery. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, conducted comprehensive manpower planning, including various corporate HR functions such as
interviews, on-boarding, induction, onsite inclusivity, advancement planning, issue resolution, communication calendars, and exit interviews.
Played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, encompassing the identification of talent needs and manpower projections for clients. Developed and
executed talent acquisition plans, employing cost-effective recruitment techniques. This involved collaborating closely with clients to ensure timely
deliveries, as well as organizing walk-ins for efficient candidate engagement.
Policy and Process Design:
As part of my role, meticulously designed, developed, and optimized HR policies, processes, and guidelines for a diverse clientele. This entailed a
thorough examination of each client's unique work culture, industry, and business practices. Additionally, collaborated closely with client
stakeholders to ensure that the HR solutions provided aligned seamlessly with their strategic objectives. Also conducted comprehensive policy audits
and impact assessments to adapt and enhance existing HR frameworks.

compliance. This multifaceted role also involved providing regular training and workshops to client personnel to ensure understanding and

Human Resource Operations & Process Improvement:
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Was involved in the comprehensive oversight of all HR operational activities spanning the entire
employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, transfers, leaves, promotions, and exit interviews for various clients. This
encompassed seamless transitions and consistent support to employees throughout their journey within the organization.
Policy and Process Enhancement: Spearheaded projects that resulted in the development and revision of policies, driving process streamlining
initiatives. These initiatives covered diverse areas such as travel, leave policy, work-from-home arrangements, work-life balance, performance
management, and other miscellaneous processes aiming to align HR practices with evolving industry standards.
