I love technology. As an experienced advertising account manager, it seduces me to understand
how new media and devices work together to connect people. I am currently seeking for a role in

FOUNDER - LOS CARTENDERS | LARENOSA (Since 2016)

I have worked simultaneously building two Startups. "Los Cartenders" is a Carwash business that
was born to help people avoid wasting time getting their cars washed. The way of doing so is by
washing their car while they are working, offering them monthly plans and electronic payments.
This business is successfully operating since April 2017. Financially speaking it is in break-even
point, in need of more clients in order to grow. "Larenosa" is a brand I created to offer online
marketing services for Startups to help them grow their businesses. I have primarily focused on
helping them build their digital presence through website creation.
IKONOZÚ ADVERTISING - Account Director/Consultant | Sept - Dec 2016
Acted as an independent consultant. Helped the owners of this local agency in: shaping structure,
tuning processes and giving strategic orientation on their client's needs. I was also meeting on a
regular basis with leads, working on proposals and was able to acquire a new client for the agency.
APPS.CO - Mentor | Nov 2015 - Apr 2016
Acted as a mentor in a 20-week program from the Colombian Ministry of Technology that helps
Startups accelerate their growth. During this time I was able to assist a Boats Rental Startup in
increasing their monthly average sales from 15 to 50, and a Baby Products E-commerce from 11
to 30 product sales a month, by supporting the teams through their process, supplying resources
and consulting in matters such as marketing, business, technology, UX/UI and law.
SANCHO BBDO - Account Manager | Jul 2013 - Mar 2015
Managed mass media advertising account for several brands and sports sponsorships of one of
the biggest advertisers in Colombia: the soft drinks giant POSTOBÓN. During my time working
with this client, despite new aggressive competitors in the market, we managed to keep Mr. Tea
as the #1 Ready to Drink Tea Brand in the country, by strategically displaying the brand's
extensive portfolio and product benefits through emotional communication.
REP GREY - Senior Account Executive | Nov 2010 - Jul 2013
Managed mass media advertising account for TIGO, a client in the highly competitive
telecommunications industry. My two biggest achievements where: 1. We increased by 9% new
Post-Paid line activations, while 85% of users came from the competition; this was achieved by
enabling users to create their own plan and by deploying a 360° creative campaign that
successfully sold it. 2. TIGO was the biggest winner in 2011 after a new law started to rule in
which people could change their mobile provider anytime. While competitors ended up with a
negative balance, we managed to achieve a positive one by deploying a creative campaign that
effectively encapsulated many benefits under one statement: TIGO was better because credit
lasted longer.
OGILVY & MATHER - Regional Account Executive | Feb 2010 - Nov 2010
Developed and delivered advertising materials for several countries in Latin America for two
international clients: Unilever (Andean Region) and GSK (Central America and the Caribbean). I
was able to help these brands maintain their identity globally by constantly performing status
meetings with international agencies within the network, keeping track of work and carefully
adapting creative materials.

MULLEN LOWE SSP3 - Account Executive | Feb 2009 - Feb 2010
Managed mass media advertising account for 3 brands: Pilsen (Beer), Arturo Calle (Men's Clothing
Brand) and Cola & Pola (soda+beer). My most meaningful achievement was the outcome of a
carefully planned communication's strategy performed for PILSEN through which we managed to
reconnect the brand with its most valuable consumers at the brand's hometown, generating a
great amount of buzz which increased the brand's Top of Mind and resulted in a 22% increase in
sales in one month. We accomplished this by changing the brand's name for a short period of time
and creating an amazing deployment of the campaign and different merchandising materials that
invoked and heightened people's pride for their region.
