conversion perspective.

-Analysis and reporting of web analytics (Google Analytics Premium) and SEO
data (Google Search Console) to provide insights and regular feedback to the
Web Services and Marketing team.
-Develop dashboards to keep evolution of our main metrics and understand
potential opportunities.
-Created a UTM tagging guide for all teams generating traffic to our website so
our traffic sources are clear and accurate in Google Analytics.
-Supervising that Analytics and GTM implementation for different domains/
properties is correct, up to date, so data in GA is accurate.
-Manage the tracking tags via Google Tag Manager (Google Analytics,
AdWords, Facebook and Twitter conversion tracking/custom audiences).
-Collaborate in different projects that require tracking (mobile tracking with AdX), or attribution (Signal events and data hub).
Conversion Rate Optimization
I am responsible for the Conversion Rate Optimization plan at Full Tilt. This
CRO strategy is aimed to understand better our users, improve our landing
pages and thus increase conversion rates.
This CRO plan encompass a full documented process (data, analysis,
hypothesis, testing and iteration) and goals to know the what and why on our

- A/B and MVT Testing: using Maxymiser self-service to test our pages.
- Data from Google Analytics: landing page, user flow and navigation

- Heatmaps and playback sessions using HotJar.
