I also have been working for 15 years now, about half of the time was spent working for Financial institutions like a local bank, a national commercial bank and a universal bank based in NY where I worked as a mortgage closer and eventually as an investment banker. I also worked for companies in other industries but I have been almost always assigned to finance or treasury roles.

Since 2019, I have been working as an independent contractor either as a project manager, bookkeeper, accountant, or financial analyst, depending on the need of my clients. With this experience I was able to work with people from many different backgrounds and industries too like medical services, construction, property rental, general trading, import-export, retail (physical), online retail, accounting and tax services, forex trading, cryptocurrency trading. non-profit organizations, among others. I work almost end-to-end from data entry, accounts receivable & collections, accounts payable and payment processing, bank recon, GL recon (i.e., 401K, Payroll), financial reporting, forecasting, financial management, etc. I have used Xero, QuickBooks, Myob, http://bill.com/, Hubdoc, Expensify, Dext, Weava, BGL 360, etc.
