I am a motivated and adaptable professional with more than eight years of experience in customer service, client support and executive coordination across international organizations. My career has been built on a foundation of strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, enabling me to succeed in fast-paced and demanding environments. In my current role as a Client Liaison at Discovery SA, I provide support to Bankmed members by managing medical claim queries, Specialist authorizations, and benefit inquiries. Beyond client-facing responsibilities, I assist with team operations as second-in-charge to my Team Leader. I coordinate inbox and task management, track performance and absenteeism, record meeting minutes and manage escalations, This dual responsibility has strengthened my organizational skills and my ability to prioritize and adapt while balancing client needs with team objectives.

Previously I worked for Mindpearl/Qantas where I supported both domestic and international travel arrangements, handled premium customer requests, and ensured accuracy in reissues and changes. My dedication and ability to lead were recognized when I was promoted to floorwalker and then Team Leader within a short space of time. This experience solidified my leadership skills and gave me firsthand exposure to managing people, processes and performance in high-pressure environment.

I have also held customer support positions at Teleperformance and Capita, where I managed UK-based utility accounts, billing, and smart meter support. These roles demanded patience, empathy and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex queries effectively. My earlier experience as a Marketing & PR Assistant at Clarion Events/Spintelligent provided me with a creative and strategic foundation, as I contributed to marketing campaigns, social media management, research, and event support. these are just to name a few of my jobs as I have also worked at iinet and Amazon.

Throughout my career, I have built a versatile skill set that includes exceptional communication (C2 English), leadership, time management, and adaptability. I am proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Amadeus, CRM platforms, and I am eager to continue integrating AI-powered tools into my workflow.
