I have worked as a Technical Support Representative handling phone calls to customers in the US with their internet connection issues. I also did a bit of upselling.

Aside from that, I gained experience as an Account Associate in a financial company offshore. This is where I've handled payment inquiries, verification and email management. 

Currently, I'm a freelance transcriptionist and English Tutor.
