Jade Oran Dugang

Hi! I’m Jade Dugang, 22 years old, an aspiring Virtual Assistant from Davao City, Philippines. I bring with me solid experience in customer service and reservation support, having worked in the BPO industry where I handled both voice and non-voice accounts.

I started my career as a Customer Service Representative for Lazada, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia. In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, order tracking, returns, and product concerns. I developed strong communication skills and became comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

After Lazada, I worked as a Reservation Representative for Hertz, a well-known global car rental company. My main responsibilities included assisting clients with car rental bookings, handling modifications or cancellations, and resolving billing or account-related issues. This experience further honed my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently. I also became familiar with tools like Zendesk, CRM software, and email support platforms.

Currently, I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) at the University of Mindanao – Tagum College. My background in hospitality supports my passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients.

As I transition into the virtual workspace, I am eager to apply my experiences and soft skills in remote roles such as virtual assistance, admin support, data entry, or customer service. I am confident in my ability to multitask, work independently, and quickly adapt to new tools and systems. I am also open to learning and receiving training to improve my performance and add more value to the team I’ll be working with.

With a strong work ethic, a calm and friendly attitude, and a genuine desire to help, I aim to contribute meaningfully to any team or business I become a part of. I look forward to new opportunities where I can grow and provide reliable support to clients around the world.
