Hi, my name is Jade, and I have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. During this time, I've worked across multiple roles including logistics data entry, customer service representative, fraud analyst, and quality control. These roles have helped me build a solid foundation in communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, watching K-dramas, and traveling. These hobbies keep me energized and open-minded, and they help me maintain a good work-life balance.
