Hi, my name is Jacquiline Pareno, I have 15 years of experience in the BPO industry and 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative, handling phone calls, chats, and emails simultaneously. As a frontliner, I became highly knowledgeable about the services we offered and was responsible for assisting customers with general inquiries.
I later advanced to an Escalation Agent, acting as a supervisor who handled agents’ escalation calls and resolved customer concerns efficiently. After that, I became a Subject Matter Expert (SME), where I supported agents in real time and assisted them with customer questions. Then with my dedication and performance led to my promotion as a Quality Analyst, where I audited calls, chats, and emails and ensured that all interactions aligned with company SOPs and quality standards.
I also worked abroad, especifically in malaysia, where I am handling a financial account as a SMB, KYC, Selfie Verification, and Fraud Analyst, giving me strong exposure to identity verification and fraud-prevention processes.
My career expanded into the Virtual Assistant field, where I first worked as a Real Estate Cold Caller, reaching out to property owners to see if they were interested in selling. Qualified leads were then transferred to the acquisitions team. I eventually became a Cold Calling Manager, overseeing calling operations. I also worked in sales, house cleaning services, carpet cleaning services, and most recently as a CSR assisting customers with passport, visa, and ESTA applications.
