Hello!

My name is Jacq, I'm a social media manager from the Philippines. I help small business owners with their social media needs (engagement, lead generation, content creation).

I've been happily working with my Australian client for 2 years now, our working relationship is very diverse as we need to review and change our content and strategy from time to time - this also depends on what works and what doesn't. It never gets boring with this type of work :)

I also handle adhoc tasks like managing her Shopify/Wix website including newsletter management.

Before all of these happened, I did backoffice work for William Hill Online Gaming company (under Payments, Risk & Quality departments). I stayed with them for 12 years before resigning due to the 2020 pandemic.
