Her work experience includes roles as Academic Services Area Manager and Academic Services Technician at the Catholic University of Cuenca, where she has designed proposals to automate processes, analyzed the impact of proposals on teaching-learning, and followed up on incidents and improvements in academic services (ERP - Moodle and Turniting).

In addition, Jacqueline has skills in data analysis, using tools to identify patterns, trends and areas for improvement, as well as in the preparation of detailed reports on academic performance and student satisfaction. She has also been involved in the planning and implementation of projects to improve academic services and has monitored the quality of services offered.
