I have nearly ten years of experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and call center industry, handling support for different industries such as telecommunications (Telstra), satellite provider (Dish Network) and currently banking and finance (HSBC UK) to resolve customer queries for first tier calls including but not limited to customer service, technical support and sales. Prior to my current work in HSBC where I handled telephone banking inquiries from UK customers including debit and credit card accounts, managing complaints and offering solutions to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
