About me
I proud myself on being dedicated, hardworking, reliable and ethical. Past employers and colleges have found me
friendly, encouraging and easygoing. I have a strong personalbelief to see tasks through with excellence within
the set deadline. I am a fast and eager learner, open to input and correction. I am currently enrolled at the
University of the People and on my way to earning my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. My vision
in life is to uplift and empower local communities and I have 5 years' experience in the community developing
landscape. Here I discovered my passion for business and I am now focused on gaining practical experience in
business administration whilst studying. In my travels and studying in the United States, I have indepth
experience of working with different cultures and adapting to the environmental structures around me. In my free
time I love nature, including hiking, exploring and enjoying spectacular views, as well as reading autobiographies
and inspiring novels.

As the Head of Volunteer Operations my responsibility was to manage all aspects of volunteers on LIV ensuring
the fulfilment of both parties expectations. This included managing up to 60 volunteers per day, allocating
responsibilities, assessing and meeting LIV’s needs through the recruitment, placement and retention of
volunteers through effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds. Other roles included
Bed&Breakfast Manager as well as the marketing assistant.

My role as the PA to the the founder of the coalition included organising and arranging work projects, future goal
targets, personal and professional calendars, publishing report sheets, coordinating travel arrangements, handling
incoming and outgoing correspondence, attending and presenting informative statistics in meetings. I also
organised and executed a 3 day conference on awareness for antitrafficking organisations. Other roles included
leading outreach teams in cities across California, Nevada and Oregon.

components of incoming grapes which required high attention to detail. I also had to monitor my equipment and
