I have two years experience working with an International Non-Governmental Organization named Achieving Health Nigeria Initiatives (AHNi) Abuja, as an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk under a USAID program which involves Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Support Activity.

In the course of my work with the NGO, I provided comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the MEL program, while ensuring that the ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation Data are compiled in a database and made available to USAID by using DATIM software. I also assisted project stakeholders in reporting and aggregating indicator data and in using new online software to report performance results. More also, I developed skills in data management, logistics, effective customer service and proficiency in reading and generating reports from data.

I have been involved in analyzing the information from various program embarked on by the organization, and in providing the feedbacks to the necessary stakeholders. I also provided support for USAID data entry exercises.

More also I have develop myself in my career by obtaining certifications in Human Resources Management, Health and Environmental Safety Management and other relevant certifications which has increased my productivity. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Data analytics Software. Also I have the ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team and also to carry out tasks assigned to me by my Supervisor.

I am very fluent in Nigeria local dialects like Hausa, Yoruba and also possess excellent communication in English language. I believe these skills are what you require for this role and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
