Work Responsibilities
·· Developed and implemented the curriculum for a Digital Art Course centred around the
Adobe Creative Suite.
·· Wrote grants to acquire various pieces of hardware for the digital lab including the iMacs, large format printer, 3D printer, as well as various digital cameras for student use.
·· Set up and installed all the software and hardware for the digital lab including multiple
accounts on the iMacs each with their own rights allocations.
·· Worked with committee to adopt the Media Arts standards for the state of Idaho
·· Worked with SEADAE to identify and implement rubrics for assessing Media Arts projects at the national level.
·· Instructed students on the elements and principles of art and design using traditional
and digital mediums.
·· Collaborated with the Twin Falls Arts Council and College of Southern Idaho to showcase student artwork for various public events.

Work Responsibilities
·· Designed and presented exciting lessons that actively engaged learners, while educating on proper methodologies and techniques. When applicable grounded the lessons in
“real world” connections that allowed the student to understand the impact the piece
would have on a particular community. Also initiated an after school art club to allow
students to further their artistic capabilities and allow them to discover new mediums
and techniques.
·· Ran a small broadcast studio and were responsible for the daily broadcast of a live
show four times a week as well as the archiving of the broadcasts. Daily duties involved preparing the Teleprompter, keying out the green screen and the mixing of audio
/ video signals.
·· Was responsible for the set up and maintenance of a Mac Server used to create separate accounts for all graphic design students at the school, establish user rights under
each student login to limit access to unnecessary software and file storage. The server
was also used to distribute operating system images to the three computer labs used
for Graphic Design
