I am a hardworking, honest, and results-driven individual with 1 year and 6 months of experience working as a call center agent for international accounts. My background in customer service has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, handle challenging situations with professionalism, and deliver consistent results. I take pride in knowing how to get my job done efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management, which has given me a solid foundation in finance, business processes, and analytical thinking. In addition to my degree, I have earned a TESDA certificate in Accounting, further enhancing my skills in financial tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, and document handling. These qualifications, combined with my customer service experience, make me a versatile and capable professional.

One of my greatest strengths is communication. Whether I'm dealing with customers over the phone or preparing documents, I always ensure that I am clear, respectful, and professional. I can type and create documents accurately, manage emails, and navigate office systems effectively. I am comfortable using computers and learning new software tools as needed.

Although I may not have experience in all areas of business or accounting yet, I am a fast learner and highly motivated to grow. I am not afraid to take on new responsibilities, and I welcome feedback as a way to improve. I am known for being dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented—qualities that I believe are essential in any work environment.

My goal is to continue building a successful career by combining my academic background in finance, my TESDA-certified skills in accounting, and my real-world experience in customer service.
