Adherence to all company safety regulations including operating equipment in adherence to the safety
guidelines to ensure all safety requirements for self and those working around the machines are met.
Analysis and reconciliation of materials consumption i.e., requirements vs actual usages and ascertaining
losses in terms of liquid beer, crowns, labels, glass, cans, glue, cartons, and other consumables.
Accounting and real time posting of all materials movement into SAP and investigation of variances.

Scrutinize raw data to ensure integrity of projects/production data through data validation including
inconsistency/discrepancy checks.
Compile comprehensive packaging weekly, monthly, quarterly and year to date reports to review run the
business key performance indicators which include Health and safety, Environment, Quality, Productivity,
Delivery, Asset Care, Cost and People.
Install visual management tools to enable teams track their key performance indicators and processes using
the Harford management system.
Look for process improvements, drive simplification and standardization.
Use of DMAIC tools for problem solving to identify the root cause of the problem and develop a control
measure around it.

Half Marathon – 6th October 2018.

Participated in the Ndakaini Half Marathon with EABL team. The marathon seeks to channel its proceeds
towards promotion and conservation of the Ndakaini Dam.
Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon – 30th October 2022.

The Marathon is the flagship project for our ‘Seeing is Believing’ community imitative that aims to raise funds
