I am Jackson Osei Kumi, a dedicated and adaptable professional with a background in Political Science and a growing specialization in Data Analytics. My journey has been shaped by experiences in customer service, data review, and team collaboration. I am passionate about leveraging data to make informed decisions and create value, particularly in social impact and service-driven environments.
I began my professional journey at Unilever Nigeria PLC, where I worked as a Sales Personnel. This role strengthened my interpersonal skills and taught me the importance of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and clear communication. Later, I transitioned into a data-focused role with Springboard, working on the FamilySearch indexing project. As a Team Reviewer, I was responsible for ensuring data accuracy, coaching team members, and meeting quality benchmarks. This role greatly enhanced my analytical skills and taught me how to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
I recently completed a Data Analytics program through the ACCE10X Africa Scholarship. This experience allowed me to build competence in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. While the program lasted only three months, it opened my eyes to the vast potential of data analytics, and I am committed to continuous learning in this field.
Beyond my technical growth, I value integrity, teamwork, and empathy. I approach tasks with a sense of purpose and take pride in being dependable and solution-oriented. I believe in making meaningful contributions wherever I find myself and love collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
I am excited about opportunities that allow me to use my skills to solve problems, support decision-making, and grow professionally. My blend of analytical experience, customer engagement, and a deep interest in understanding people and systems makes me a well-rounded candidate ready to contribute to any team.
