I am Jackson Maundu Mutua, a dynamic professional with a Social Science degree in Economics and Sociology. My career has been shaped by diverse experiences that combine leadership, innovation, and community engagement. As a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance for Zalando, I have honed my problem-solving and interpersonal skills, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

I am also the founder of Strateva Global, a BPO company dedicated to providing strategic outsourcing solutions. Strateva Global focuses on driving growth, efficiency, and high performance for clients through services such as customer support, workflow optimization, and data processing. My vision is to position the company as a trusted name in the global BPO industry, known for its integrity, stability, and excellence.

Beyond business, I am deeply committed to community development. Through NCD Health Focus CBO, I have spearheaded initiatives to address non-communicable diseases. My involvement with Blessed Children's Home Makindu reflects my passion for supporting vulnerable populations, particularly children, by contributing to their well-being and education.

My professional journey also includes roles as a content writer for Edusson and WriteBay, where I developed strong communication and writing skills. Additionally, I have held impactful internships, including as a Fiscal Analyst for the County Assembly of Makueni, a Contact Center Representative for Liaison Group, and a Youth Empowerment Officer in Kaiti Sub County. These experiences have enhanced my analytical abilities and reinforced my dedication to youth empowerment and capacity building.
