I am well versed in the facet of business and frameworks with over 15 years of experience in different disciplines to offer you. I started working from home last 2013 and my first client was Amerix Capital Group and handled a small group of agents. But before joining the said company I was with ASPAC as a Assistant Restaurant Manager. Furthermore I worked with Verizon Communications Philippines as a Team Lead. I was also a trainer in Firstsource before transferring to Verizon, I am responsible for new hire, also conducting feedback to the agents in operations, and identifying needs of improvement of the agents.
I am a graduate of BS Computer Science at AMA Computer College Makati and have attended numerous post-education training and seminars.
