I began my career in the customer service industry, working with respected international companies such as Convergys Philippines and Telus International Philippines. I handled complex customer concerns, escalations, and team management, developing a solid foundation in problem-solving, complaints handling, and quality assurance.

Transitioning into freelance work through platforms like Upwork, I have successfully maintained a productive balance between my career and family life. My freelance roles as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Support Specialist allowed me to deepen her skills in email support, project coordination, recruitment tasks, and using various help desk software tools.
