Hi, I'm a Customer Service Representative for 3 years now. For the past 3 years, I've been working in 2 separate BPO companies both providers of Internet and Mobile service in the USA. Recently, I'm working on an eCommerce account as an Account Associate.
My jobs are to answer inbound calls from customers, providing them information about their orders, the status of their shipment, processing orders, sales, re-shipment, refund, and cancellation of accounts. Sometimes I'm doing emails too. The main tool that we are using is Zendesk for calls and emails. We are using CRM too from our client's product.
Providing excellent Customer Service is what I'm good at. I can multitask, I can work on things in a timely manner, and a fun person.
