I had worked for about 8 years in the field of customer service, started by taking calls in a call center giving technical support to the Internet in which I had the opportunity to make upgrades with respect to the services of the company, therefore, I have experience also in the sales item. I decided to take the opportunity to work at home always working in the same field, I worked for important companies like "Alorica (Comcast)", "Home-based services - MTA Taxi campaign and Barwood Taxi". I have been able to develop good skills regarding customer service, knowledge on how to solve problems and typing.
