Ivy Macrina Tanedo

Iam a licensed architect with over four years of experience in construction, site coordination, and technical support for building projects. I’ve worked on various types of projects, including retail fit-outs, hotel areas, commercial spaces, and large-scale developments like warehouses and public structures. My role often involves planning, monitoring progress, inspecting completed work, and working closely with different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.

In my previous roles, I supported both the design and construction phases. I’ve helped manage project details from start to finish, including:

• Creating work scopes and cost estimates
• Preparing schedules and tracking milestones
• Reviewing plans and assisting in corrections
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project staff

I also have experience in Quality control. I was responsible for reviewing ongoing site work and making sure materials and construction methods met the required standards. I regularly prepared reports, organized documentation, and monitored approvals, ensuring all updates and forms were properly handled.

I’m now looking to shift into a remote or work-from-home role. I believe my background in coordination, documentation, and construction support can be applied to tasks like:

I am open to learning new systems and tools that are commonly used in remote environments. I’m independent and organized. I’m used to working with schedules, giving clear updates, and making sure things don’t fall behind.
