I've been into Telecommunication for almost total of 9 years. My experiences as being with Customer Care or Technical Support is something I know I can use when I start to work at home. All of them I can use as my weapon for my next career plan of working at home. I have attended several training for skill development like becoming a virtual assistant. I believe that a good customer service is not just merely resolution but an exceptional customer experience provider and this belief made me achieve my goals of exceeding client expectation thus made me earn additional incentives on top of my basic salary month after month.
